I was ask this question I tried to answer it. If your score comes back 56  that is a 3 I think not sure does that mean you have cirrhosis  and if you are treated  and  achieve SVR after 6 months does your liver eventually  heal.
I understand that cirrhosis is a 4 or 5 am  I right . Did I answer  right.

There are a number of different tests for staging liver disease besides liver biopsy which is still the gold standard for staging liver disease in the US.

56? The results from what test? FibroSURE?
FibroSure (known as FibroTest else where) is a biomarker test
0.48 – 0.58 = Stage F2 on the Metavir score – Bridging fibrosis with few septa.

The Metavir Score the most common standard score for staging of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis is stage 4 or F4.
Fibrosis score:
F0 = no fibrosis
F1 = portal fibrosis without septa
F2 = portal fibrosis with few septa
F3 = numerous septa without cirrhosis
F4 = cirrhosis

If you stop the cause of you liver disease and your liver isn't irrevocably damaged (decompensated cirrhosis) the liver has the ability to heal itself over time.
