how can I buy the sofosbuvir treatment from Egipt

Hi , I am from Romania and I desperately need the treatment with Sofosbuvir for my wife who have HCV and an advanced cyrhosis. Unfortunately in my country this treatment is not yet available covered or not by the insurance so I have to find a solution to buy this treatment for her. If anyone can give me any information about the conditions to buy it from Egypt where is more afordable for me please give me an answer,

Try to see of you can get it from India where it all began. Gilead bought the rights to the medicine from the ones in India who made the medicine. You need to have a doctor to monitor her and to do her labs.
