Thanks for all the advice! I will ask my hepa Dr and see what he says. I definatly don't want to hurt my liver any more. I'm so afraid of the treatment drugs. I get anxiety just thinking about it!
Summer..but you do have liver damage. Ask your Hepa Dr and maybe he can prescribe something better for you.
I took Klonopin way back in the 80's when i was suffering from panic disorder, along with an AD. It was for anxiety and is not any more addicting than Xanax, probably less addicting. Doesn't make you feel as sleepy as Xanax does either. I preferred it.
Check with ur Doc, but I can't see why you could not keep taking it, when necessary.
Good luck
btw....tylenol is not supposed to be taken if you have liver disease either, but we all take it when necessary, right?
Hi, I don't think I have severe liver damage. I'm stage 2, grade 2. I went to a cardiologist because,of heart palpitations. He prescribed me Klonopin for anxiety. I try to only take it a few times a week. I read it can be very addicting and I don't want to go there. I told my Cardio that I will be doing treatment soon and he didn't say anything about not taking the Klonopin. I will ask my hepa Dr next week. Just wondering if anyone on here was taking it. :)
Another factor to consider is that Klonopin is very addicting and the withdrawals are difficult.
