Best way to reverse fatty liver is to get down to ideal weight and stay there,also consume good fats,not red meat fats and trans fats,olive oils and coconut oils are great.And stay away from high frutose corn sugar,its really heavy on the liver.

I reversed some of the fatty liver in a year, when I found out I stop drinking. Wondering if it is possible to reverse more liver damage...

Looks like you have mild fatty liver(  steatosis )and have bridging fibrous,in between stage 3 and 4 of  liver damage
