IMHO.CoWriter took care of # 1.If your constipated, drink lots of water,high fiber, walk alot.Only if it's # 2 your talking about.

If you mean you're having pain when you URINATE, that may mean that you have a urinary tract infection. The kidneys are on your lower back area, that can account for the back pain.
If this is your problem, you need to contact your doctor so he can prescribe an antibiotic. Make sure to drink lots of fluids.
Do you have hepc? This forum deals primarily with people who have hepatitis c. Add some fiber to your diet if your stools are hard and try posting your question on the gastroenterology forum. Good Luck
