Asle has given you some great information.
When I treated I would have one symptom, it would go away only to be replaced by another. Fatigue is very common as we can get very anemic on tx. Have your hemoglobin checked as often as the doctor will allow.
I was so low that I could not catch my breath the doctor kept saying "lay down" so I had no choice. If your hemoglobin gets too low the riba can be reduced a bit or there are rescue drugs they can give you.
My best to you
Dee
Fatigue is probably one of the easiest SX to manage in some ways, if you don't have demanding work, family etc. Don't make any appointments outside of doctors. Just lie down as much as you need.
Head madness (sic) can be managed to, and as you say that this better for you, keep on doing what you are doing there.
So saying, it is hard on the mind, as it can be difficult to figure out how much is physical and/or mental. But the meds are demanding on your body AND mind. It could seem to be easier said than done, but just relax into the idea that is probably the hardest treatment you will ever be on, but the end result, at best, is SVR. And a healthier life.
Keep checking in with your doctor to have your bloods tested for hemoglobin, platelet and other levels. This is very important, as the Ribavirin can affect these considerably. And these can be managed in various ways.
And keep checking in with the forum. many wise people here. I'm just a newy!
