6 months post and I'm SVR

Guys, I know that this is a difficult time for everyone but I have to tell everyone that there is light at the end of this journey. I've been infected with the Hep C 1A virus for probably around 35 plus years and treated it 4 times. Some of the toughest years of my life. I originally treated in 91 with a very hight dose of interfuron which I thought I was going to die. Most recently on the triple therapy with incivik for 12 and than an additional 12 weeks. I was undetectable at 4 weeks. The 3x therapy was not easy but in the end well worth it. I still can't wrap my head around that I'm cured but I am!!!! Please please please hang in there and stay the course.

congratulations and agree there is light at the end.  Finished 48 weeks last thursday on triple w/incivek.  I felt better the next morning even before the time I would have taken pills - that all mental.  This is day 2 and feeling the fog is lifting although I am a little more spacey.  My intense routine is gone and and can do regular things.

You are an inspiration to treat 4 times.  Glad this one worked.
