Have a nice meal! I can't wait til food tastes right again.
I have read some things, on disease stabilization in certain individuals...I'd have to go find them...and also (if we really want to get controversial) people who were able to lower their labs, etc...with supplements, etc...but if anyone wants to fight me on that one...I'm going awol for a little while, going to a fine Italian restaurant while I still have tastebuds:))))
Thanks for the info, I never took it as gospel, just a really interesting theory I had not heard before and worth exploring.
As so many other very good exploring of info has been done on here.
One day I would like to know more about it as someone who is on infergen now.
It is obviously a curiosity spiker for me.
So thanks for that info.
Jd thank you also for your kind words.
Deb
Thanks for expanding on your original statement. I know you're nervous now -- who wouldn't be -- but I felt it OK to enter into a little debate knowing that you don't seem to be particularly adverse to debate -- maybe even relish in it alittle if I've been reading you correctly over these years :) In any event, I'm sure there are many shades to what is being discussed, as well as HR's statements. What I was specifically referring to are studies that all showed arrows pointing to cirrhosis as one approached a certain age. Hopefully, you didn't take my comments in some of the ways they have been characterized, but in the spirit trying to figure out just a little bit of what this complicated thing called HCV is about. Again, good luck with the task ahead.
All the best,
