dehydration or anemia?

Whoa...I was doing AM dishes and started feeling really weak with heart pounding..and had to sit down...heart is still pounding several mins later..I think I'm drinking enough water and I didn't break out into a sweat or have thirst...But I'm not cold either...Is anemia from tx different than regular anemia? I'm getting #2 bloods done tomorrow...(I'm just finishing week #2...) Anybody experience this?

.I think you should call your dr...or go to ER. It doesn't (IMO) sound like dehydration...it seems your HGB's have dropped rapidly. I have felt my heart pounding and weakness during tx...but I was walking and as soon as I stopped so did palpitations.
