Can I be still be pregnant if my boyfriend have Hernia?

My boyfriend have a hernia and we are trying to have a baby for almost 2-3 years already but until now we still dont have a baby :( what should I do so that I will get pregnant. we have already tried all positions, we try to make love during my ovoluation but sad to say it has no use. Can someone please help me? We really want to have a baby :(
