Scared to death

I recently started noticing symptoms that basically directly correlate to genital herpes around my anal area...  I'm pretty positive that they're genital herpes, and I don't know how to go about getting help... I don't have a primary doctor, and I don't know how to get help whatsoever, I've been looking online and trying to find help, but I don't know where to start

You're in a major city. There should be Planned Parenthood or a county/city clinic.

Even doctors give visual diagnosises of herpes incorrectly about 30% of the time, so you can't self-diagnose. Be seen for a swab/culture if symptomatic (you could have yeast or bacterial infection that mimics herpes), or otherwise you can get an IgG type specific blood test 4 months after the last time you an at-risk sexual encounter.
