About time to kind of move on ?
My exposure was unprotected oral with broken skin on top of penis near head from prostitute 3 weeks ago , I had a little sore swabbed last Thursday on my thigh , I've seen 4-5 drs who have examined bumps that worried me and said not herpes at all, I had NGU , but still haven't had any blisters or anything on my penis? I know it can happen any time but along with Xanax and talks with friends I feel a bit better about it , and my dr at DuKe medical which is top of the line said if she didn't have any sores visible that's a good sign ,
This is a hsv forum. You're going to read about people getting hsv. That does not increase your odds or risk. I suggest taking a vacation from this sight and all herpes related on line reading. It's not good for you at the moment

NGU means not gonoreha only. However having a open herpes sore inside your urethra could cause an infection but if you had an open active herpes sore inside your urethra you would not be sitting here typing as the pain would have you running to the hospital so take NGU out of the equation.
Very rarely is that the case. You have had no symptoms that make me even question hsv. I bet the kitchen sink on it!!!
The only thing that's messing with me is that I had NGU which can be caused by herpes....
And as far as all the muscle twitching I've been taking in a lot of caffeine before bed , and my Dr said you see that more with herpes Zoster but it can happen with other strains , but you'd most likely see an outbreak along with it
Thanks for being here @Feelingundone, I know I'm not quite out of the clear yet because I haven't heard back from the swab or anything but the fact that she didn't have any active sores when I saw her or the week after eliminates that she was in the pre stage also, I haven't got any blisters at all on my penis, so I feel a bit confident and you've helped me so much when you could be doing anything else in the world, Thank you
