Igg confusion..

Hello grace.. I hope you can help me with my situation. I am a 21 year old male, i just had a herpeselect igg and ab igm at my local planned parenthood cause I kept getting a tingling feeling on my genitals. This is my second test in 4 months. I had the first one done and came back negative on igg for both 1 and 2 (less than .90) I keep having these itchiness and just recently I've had a spot (really small tiny bumps) on my pelvis that resembles herpes. Its just one spot.. that's it.. I tested the first time I noticed it and since I came back negative I didn't think much of it. But since it came back although not exactly on the same spot I'm worried. I took another herpeselect test and it too came back negative.. I was prescribed some zorimax (acyclovir) I believe for a few days from Planned Parenthood and it didn't seem to do anything.. my worries is that what if I didn't show up positive on the test cause the meds interfered and supressed the virus? Since it had been more than 6 months since my last partner prior to my first test and almost 5 since my second test should I accept that I don't have herpes or keep worrying. Does suppression happen with herpes meds to the point where detection from tests wouldn't occur if it had been almost 5 months since my last partner? Btw I had taken the meds like 2 weeks before my test.. thanks for your help grace..

a positive will still be positive even if it's reduced by 10%.

honestly, not everything that goes on in the body is due to herpes.

I know grace but the thing that bothers me is that its happened twice now. I'm currently experiencing some itchyness and tingling. And its happened about a few weeks apart. Does the meds suppress the iggs though? Think that's why it might not have shown up positive? Cause I read it could reduce the iggs by 10%. I just want some clarification.. perhaps I should go see a derm and see what they think? I appreciate your input grace. Thank you.

this really sounds more fungal in nature than herpes.

Your negative test results too have ruled out herpes.
