Could herpes outbreak start as a single bumb? Or is this just chancroid?

I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago, 3 days later noticed a yeast infection so I went to the doctor right away and said that all I had was a yeast infection so I got treatment for it.

As the yeast infection was getting better I noticed a bumb on my labia mayora that hurt like crazy so I went to the gyno again around 2 days later because I was afraid it was herpes. She said it did not look like herpes at all and gave me a topic antibacterial cream to treat it but I didn't get better.

A day later, my linguinal lymph nodes started hurting so I freaked out and started looking up online and my symptoms looked a lot like chancroid. I got ciproflaxin 500mg Twice a day for 3 days and the ulcers( that came from a bumb) got better, not quite cured, my lymph nodes still hurt and my legs started having this "burned" sansation on the skin and it will hurt whenever my inner tights touch. Also my feet and hands felt "funny". Ive lost some appetite but it's common for me whenever I am taking antibiotics or have stress. Also I feel like my legs are weak.

Although the sighs does not look like herpes, my symptoms sounds a lot like it. I am worried. I do not have flu like symptoms.

It could be many things. If your dr saw this and didn't believe herpes was the cause then that's very reassuring.

Herpes can present as a single lesion or even a paper cut in women. Did your dr swab the area?
