Could this be herpes?

On April 1st, I had unwanted, unprotected sex. I Really didn't understand why he did it. But 2 1/2 to 3 after that I started feeling tingles on my vagina and Im still feeling them every now and then. Now I have bumps near my vagina opening they have been there for 2 weeks, but they don't hurt and have been the same way since they appeared

keep in touch with the folks at the hotline - they are good people :)

as long as you are over 14, you are able to be treated without parental consent in most states. you need to be seen, get the testing done at the proper times and protect your future fertility!

if you don't want to go to your regular doctor, a std clinic, your local health department or planned parenthood are all options.  you have medical privacy from your parents too at your age.

I have not been tested. I think I'm too young to go to the doctor by myself (I'm 17). I have called the rape hotline. It kind of helped me.

if you haven't start to already, be sure to follow up with full std testing at the proper times. you can get tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

have you been seen yet for your current symptoms?

have you been in touch with your local rape crisis center too for counseling and assistance with all of this?
