Can you get genital herpes from your saliva?

I am 13 years old and recently discovered masturbation. Two weeks ago I masturbated using my saliva, (just simulated my clitoris). I didn't notice I was going to get a cold sore until the next day. Now my labia minora has small bumps aligned. They don't hurt or itch, but there are time when it feels uncomfortable. The bumps are not big and are the same color as the rest of the vagina. I am not very informed about herpes. I am very scared and freaked out because I haven't have sex before.

Given you have a long term oral infection the chance of infection anywhere else is very, very low indeed.

Probably a good idea to use some water based gel though... most gals have this in their bedside table.
