Does this sound like herpes?

Recently i felt 3 to 4 tiny prinprick little lumbs/bumbs on my labia..they seem to come and go one time i can feel it..the next its gone down again abit. They dont hurt or itch they dont change and theres no fluid. Im hyper aware of everything going on down there and am continoulsy checking so i make the area a bit sensitive. I had one incident of unprotected sex 9 weeks ago. So am waiting the 16 weeks for bloodtest. But ive had 3 negative igg tests in the past the last one in march so i know i did not have it before now. I have hs1 orally since childhood if that affects anything.

I meant to say "a culture test is the next best option."

No, it does not sound like herpes. Without obvious blisters, lesions and sores, it is not herpes. If herpes is your only concern, save the money and do not go to a doctor or urgent care. Is you get blisters, lesions, or sores, then immediately see a medical professional, get them swabbed and PCR tested or cultured. PCR testing is the preferred method, but if you do not have access to PCR testing, then swabbing is the next best thing.

I would strongly encourage you to get in the habit of using condoms with partners of unknown STD status. Herpes should be the least of your concerns when having unprotected sex with random partners. There are far more damaging STD's than herpes to be caught, including HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. These STDs can be asymptomatic or go unnoticed and by the time you actually get a diagnosis, these STDs can inflict a lot of damage on your health.

The odds you caught herpes from this one episode of unprotected sex are very low. Somewhere probably in the 1 in 1,000 range. You probably do not even need testing, but if you want more assurance,  go ahead and get IgG tested. 12 weeks is long enough. If you caught herpes, you would've have more than likely already had very obvious symptoms and a positive antibody test. The chances of neither to have happened by 10-12 weeks is extremely remote.

Doesn’t sound like hsv as they don’t change and then go away and come back. Still, when you see/feel them, go to a doctor or an urgent care right away to have them looked at.
Doesn’t sound troublesome but please still have them looked at.
