Don't know what is happening, I need help

This is going to be very very long as I want to mention every detail and hope at least somebody will tell me what is wrong or I'll find someone with the same problem.

To begin with I just turned 17 in November. I'm in my first real relationship with my boyfriend for 7 months now. As for the intimacy I wanted to wait as long as possible because I was a virgin before and wanted to be 100% ready to have sex. He was accepting and we waited 6 months. For the record we have done some stuff before but it never included vaginal or oral sex. So our first time having oral and PROTECTED vaginal sex with condom and everything is fine after. Then exactly a week after that we do it all over again (oral sex and vaginal with a condom). On the next day everything is okay, we went to see a movie and have a great time. Then I came home and I did not shower because I was very tired but I wiped my genital area with vaginal wipes but they claim to be hypoallergenic. then I go to sleep w no underwear on and I wake up with a terrible and severe itching. I go shower right in the morning but it did not stop. As I put my jeans on (they are really tight) It starts to burn and feel like I was cut. Also burned when I peed. I immidiately tell my mom and she makes an appointment with my gynecologist. So right the next day I went to see my gyno. He checks it out and with confidence says herpes and can't be anything else.He claims to see some blisters inside my vag. I was so lost because I had no idea what genital herpes is, how is it transmitted and so on (now I know almost everything as I found as much info as possible). He did a pap smear I guess? It was a swab to find any infections but not herpes I think. He said that he thinks I do not have any infection and there will be nothing found in that swab. He doesn't prescribe me any medicine but sends me to another doctor. This one took my blood for a blood test a prescribed me Famvir. So I come home totally destroyed. This all happened on monday. After taking the pills I immidiately got better after 2-3 days and had no symptoms except itching, the itching persisted. So on friday my results from a blood test are in and everything is negative (antibodies did not have time to develop) It was igg and also igm test. So when my gyno hears the results he decides to do a swab test. He wanted to do it the next monday but we told him that in that time I will be on my period so he does it friday afternoon, puts it in a fefrigerator and sends to the lab on monday. Also in the meantime my results for infections came back and guess what- positive for candida albicans and some bacteria called e.coli. This is the first time my gyno starts to doubt his judgment. The next day he calls and says that the swab test was negative and he is almost sure I don't have herpes. I was so confused and found that the negative swab really doesn't mean anything because id I had blisters they were probably all healed and I was on Farmvir for 5 days. I thought it was just an ordinary viral culture but I still wanted to see my results so he printed them out for me. What I saw confused me even more. It was a PCR SWAB which is known to be the most accurate one. I guessed it could came back false negative as he refrigerated it for 3 days and it is not reommended but still. Now he claimed it was probably an infection that caused me the symptoms. He prescribed me some vaginal cream for infections and I started to use it only week after because I was on my period. Now it has been 4 weeks and I don't have any symptoms anymore everything is fine but when I tried to get intimate with my bf (no intercourse fingers only) it burned me on the same spot and burned also a bit after even when I peed but the pain was gone soon. I checked it out because I panicked and it was a bit inflamed and red but no sores present or anything. In the meantime the other doctor that prescribed me meds is making me to take 250mg Farmvir twice a day till my next blood test which will be in 2 weeks or so. She seems to think it will kill the virus or something, lol. Also I need to mention that the gyno claimed to see blisters(inside my vag) but I told my mom to check it like 1-2 days after and she couls not see blisters only some red rash which was not visible at all or maybe it was always there because they were mostly just small skin colored bumps, not really sure I also checked it with the mirror and can't really decribe what did it look like. One last thing, my boyfriend wa only with one girl before me, he never had any symptoms of genital herpes and never even had a coldsore on his mouth. I am so confused rn. In one hand, all of my symtoms point to herpes and the medicine helped me. On the other hand I don't understand how coul i've gotten it because I only had sex 2 times in my life and it was protected, also the negative results. I just need to know what is happening because it's slowly killing me. Thank you for reading and please tell me your opinion to this because I am very desperate and depressed for the last month. I need to figure it out and deal with it because I am going crazy. Does anyone have similiar experience? Also please forgive me for my english as I am not form English-speaking country.

I asked because you protected sex was an extremely low risk event. I totally agree lesions sould be outside as well. I reall would be very suprised to find out this is hsv.

thank you very much! so could it just be a reaction to yeast and ecoli? or some allergic reaction?
Absolutely it could.

Your english is very good.
Did you receive oral sex or just give it?
I really think your Dr jumped to diagnosing you with hsv to quickly. I doubt it was herpes related. Your swab test coming back positive for candida albicans and ecoli.
Condoms offer excellent protection so if you didn't receive oral sex then it's highly unlikely to be hsv

hey, sadly I did receive oral sex but my bf has no history of cold sores, he actually never had one so it's just weird and also wouldn't the virus be outside my genitals because that's where he preformed it and this is all happening inside. I really don't know but it really is a horrible first time experience for me. Thank you for reading, I really appreciate it.
