FREAKING OUT!! NEED HELP PLEASE

I've gotten unprotected oral sex from an unknown partner who I met on the internet in August, but there was a little of rubbing private parts together. I went home and jacked off with lotion and I got this burning sensation I didnt really think anything of it because it was my first time ever having intimacy so I washed up after that. Two days later I received red bumps around my penis head and burning sensation while urination, so I went to see my doctor he gave me some bacteria cream and antibiotics I also got blood work done during this time period it came negative for herpes 1 and genital herpes. It comes November and the symptoms come back when I jacked off again but with no lotion. I wash up daily and it would help subside the burning. I also have discharge. On December 4, 2013 my father gave me some Jock Itch walgreens cream and it help also sooth the pain. But I went to the emergency room December 5, 2013 they gave me 4 antibotic pills and a shot for Goneherra & Chlamydia, I went home my stomach was hurting badly oh I didnt eat before I went to the emergency room so I started dirreahaing. I also have little bumps under the tip of my penis.

My question is how long does it take for herpes symptoms to show? And are the symptoms that im having herpe related?

As mentioned it could be a yeast or the lotion

Hi, when herpes symptoms appear would be 3 to 13 days or so post exposure and would be more on the shaft not the penis head. Your bumps seem more of a fungal infection from the oral sex or using the lotion.
If your still concerned have a sore swabbed within 48 hours after appearing and have a blood test 3 months post exposure but they really dont seem  herpes related esp if she did not have a lip sore at the time as shedding does not occur that often.
