HSV 1 Autoinoculation

Hello, I'm 19 years old. It all started about 8 weeks ago, I got a new Creme for my face and one side effect (1 of 1000) was to get cold sores from HSV, 3 weeks ago I had two cold sores around my lip but I didn't know it was herpes so I scratched it (with a paper towel) but after, I masturbated. One day later my tip of the penis started so itch and the next week the urethra became really red and I had minimal pain while urinating. I havens kissed someone since 8 months, so I guess I had the virus in me for longer. I took aciclovir 200mg 5 times for 5 days but it didn't get any better. And now, 3 weeks after I recognised a clear discharge from my penis... could I have autoinoculated the virus from my lip to my genitalia trough masturbation?

What you describe is not hsv on your penis. It's very rare to spread the virus and in your case it is very unlikely

If I touched the fluid inside a blister and immediately masturbated would that be possible ?

It's possible but highly unlikely.

Seeing an urologist is a good idea. Having lesions inside the urethra is very painful. It's also very rare to get them inside the urethra and not on the outside as well.

I don't think I have lesions inside, I think the discharge comes from the urethritis and the urethritis from a herpes infection. But why Didn't the aciclovir help

Okay thank you, but I had also awoken lymphnodes in the hip and read that Clear discharge and urethritis could be a Symptome of primary genital herpes. I also got antibiotics in case of a cystitis and anti fungus Creme but neither worked... I think I need to go to an urologist again
