small red bumps on penis

hello i had unprotected sex with a girl about a year ago... and after that i noticed sum verry small bumps on my shaft before my foreskin by my penis head. and they dont hurt they are extremely small you can barely see them. idk its just wierd. but every since i get them from time to time... they only occur on my shaft under my foreskin... could it be from anything else? they dont hurt or itch or anything. my friends joke around with me and say its herpes.. but i dont think so? do i need to do a better job of washing or using lotion when i masterbate? i have a gf and she was tested about 1 month after we had sex and she came out clean. so im not really trippin but want to make sure

first thing to do is to go and be seen and have these checked out. If you haven't had a full std screening yourself, it's time to get one done. your gf getting screened isn't good enough.
