HSV 1

So I recently kissed my friend and she has had a cold sore on her lip about two months ago.  When I kissed her she didn't have any sores on her mouth or near her mouth.  She did have this pimple looking scar on her cheek.  I was wondering if it's possible that that pimple looking scar could be heroes related? Also is there a chance I could have contracted it?

Takes much more than simple kissing to contract herpes even if she had a lip sore. Takes rubbing contact to force the virus into a nerve and bumps are not herpes.

Okay thank you! This morning I noticed a numb above my upper lip? Do you think it's related?

I highly doubt the scar on her cheek was hsv related. Your chances of contracting the virus with no sores present are close to zero. I wouldn't worry over this at all.
