Help on the risk!

I don't know if Dr. Hunter

I am 19 years old straight male
I had unprotected sex with a friend 3 months ago.  After 1 months, i got a red spot on my penis, which got away in 1 day.  After that i got little itching, tingling and a bit of redness located in my urethra and around it.  I have no penile discharge since, but maybe from my rectum, not sure. Maybe just sweat in my pants.  The redness appears about every 2-3 weeks and someday i have no itches and someday i do.

Prior to this unprotected encounter, i had been tested for all STD and all came back negative.

I got tested for Gono/chalmydia and came back negative, 3 weeks ago.

I have a Foreskin problem since i'm a kid, my foreskin can't fully retract when i'm in erection, which already caused me some irritation around foreskin back in the days. I already had some redness around foreskin due to masturbation and skin not rectracting.

Since i have this problem, can it be balanitis, yeast or just NGU? Since the Chlam/Gono test was negative?

I asked the girl if she had a test and she told me her blood test came back dec 3rd, and she told me that everything was fine. (She may be lying) i have no proof?  I'm scared of Herpes due to the statistique i'm reading on internet, I had no outbreaks at all, but now i seem to be checking my penis every minute to be sure i'm fine.

I have a few questions.

1) what are the chances that i have genital herpes from the symptoms i have (tingling redness and little itching)

2) If she even had herpes, and no outbreaks, is it 100% sure it is transmitted for 1 single encounter of about 20 minutes. Because I had a protected encounter with her and the next day 1 encounter for 20 minutes unprotected.

3) Since i had no outbreaks yet, can i feel less stressed about this disease because i just can't sleep, im hypocondriac and can't get this idea out of my head even though she told me her test was fine.

Thanks in advance
