Herpes? Ingrown Hair? Stressing for no reason?

New sexual partner. He gave me a friction burn. Too much force, not enough lube, and an allergy to latex. The burn showed up a couple hours after we have sex, but I don't notice it until I checked a day later. I just thought the burning was because of the stretching. 3 days later the burn is completely gone. After a brief itchy throat due to allergies    (according to my mother ,the nurse) and a wet cough. No fever, or achy body. And I'm always tired. I now have maybe 7 bumps. Some look like pimples. There's 3 on each side of my lips and they're in the same spot as the ones on the opposite sides. Nothing is different about my vagina or it's behavior except for the slight tear on the piece of flesh between the bottom of my vagina and the top of my anus ( he's the largest I've ever had and we have more sex then I'm use too). I'm just afraid it's herpes. My mom thinks they're ingrown hairs because they appeared the same time I noticed the tear, and within a week of me shaving there ( razor may have been a little dull and I didn't use shaving cream). They only hurt when pressure is applied, or they're rubbing against something. They itch, slightly. But again, only when something comes into contact with them. And they don't hurt when I pee. I've heard where ppl have some of the same things I do and don't have herpes. But then there are some that turn out to have it. I'm making an appointment to get checked but until then I'm going crazy cause I have no idea what I have. Lips don't appear swollen or red. They actually seem to be going away. It's been a week since our last sexual encounter and almost 2 weeks since I shaved. Am I over-reacting because I tend to do that or do I have to tell my guy that I have herpes?

Update: Went to the ER today. Got an exam. And getting put on antivirals. She's not sure what it is and I'll have my results in 2 days. Scared out of my mind. She seemed as surprised as i was when I explained to her that it doesn't hurt when I pee. She couldn't see my cervix so she did the finger thing. However, I hate being fingered so it hurt and now I'm uncomfortable.  Took a swab sample and my urine. Idk what the hell I'm gonna do for 2 ******* days. Actually think I'm gonna be sick.

Please go to an ER ASAP and get the blisters swabbed!

Thank you so much for your response. It's helping me get through the day. Went home lat night and when I checked myself I noticed there were more sores but smaller and open. Everything down there seemed to be swollen. And if I press on the fatty part just below my hips with a decent amount of force, it's a little tender.  I busted out into tears and I've been crying ever since. Took some pain meds but it doesn't help with the pain at all. It's half and half on the pain when I pee. It hurts for like 1.5 seconds then I'm fine. Or it won't hurt at all. I'm wondering if my period may have something to do with that. Because use of a new pad and then I get more sores.....makes me wonder.  Before my shower I started to scratch. I know I shouldn't but I couldn't help it. It was a pleasurable pain.  It burned a little after I stopped, then I was fine. Today while attempting to work, I've done nothing but keep running to the bathroom. I either have to pee or etc. this is weird for me because I never pee or etc this much or this often. It doesn't hurt to do either of these things. Well peeing is like I said strings for 1.5 secs then nothing. I'm bracing for it to hurt like hell and it doesn't. I no longer wince when I walk or sit for long periods. My normal pad annoys the smaller open sores on my outer lips. And the bumps on the insides of my lips still look like white heads and when I just looked appears to be getting bigger. Going to urgent care to get checked because I am scared as hell. I know you said not herpes, but I'm convinced it is. I just want to be ok and not have to work about herpes anymore.

Hi, herpes dont show up on both sides but are side specific and if he did not have any genital sores then most likey your ok. I say this because one side maybe herpes and the other not but if the look the same then they mostly are the same, which would mean its not herpes. But testing is the only way to confirm.
