Herpes? No lesions but stratch looking thing on one side of vulva

Been married for 13 years never had one sign of a outbreak not my husband. About 3 weeks ago we had sex, I woke up the next morning feeling very sore in my vagina/butt area. Didn't thibk much of it because we were kinds rough & I was a but dry. Skip to a few days later. I started experiencing itching and just feeling irritated in both my vagina & butt crack so I thought maybe yeast infection. Treated myself with an OTC cream and it did nothing. I went to see my doctor convinced i had herpes from googling (i never knew it could stay dormant for years). He said he saw no signs of herpes but I was irritated so he prescribed an oral medication to treat what he too thought was a yeast infection. Took that for 3 days & it did nothing to alleviate my symptoms. Then I got this scratch looking thing on my back and complete panicked because I to read that could he a sign. 2 weeks into this I noticed a line down one of my lips. It's a little red, no pain when touching it or in general but of course Google again has led me to believe it's herpes. I decided to go see a dermatologist & she basically laugh in my face and said it was not herpes and she has never seen herpes look like that. Followed up with my doctor a few days later because I'm still feeling irritated. He looked at the line I noticed and said he has never seen herpes present itself like that & that he thinks it's just irration from what ever is going on. He said he'll swap it but doubts it's herpes. It's not an open sore or bleeding, just basically a line down the inside of my lip. I haven't been able to function for 3 weeks thinking I have herpes.

Im more nervous then anytgung because i have 3 daughrers & if ive had this for all their lives, I'm scared to death I've past it on to them without knowing, especially my 18 month old I was breastfeeding until all this started. I weaned her afraid that I had a sore on my breast & wouldn't be aware of it.

I know she can't get it from breastfeeding but I was afraid of develop a sore & wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a general pimple or a start of a herper. She could get it if she touched it and then out her hand in her mouth or if she directly put her mouth on it. I had a few questionable blotchy spots. Doctor said no they weren't but idk.

I agree with your Dr's 100% a scratch on your back would have nothing to do with genital herpes. If your that scared just go get an igg herpes type specific bloodtest. No igm!! Only igg.
