Shouldn't your daughter be doing all of this follow-up? If she was tested for herpes, I assume she's already sexually active. If she's sexually active, she needs to be taking care of her own sexual health without intervention.
Oh and she needs to have an IgG test done - not the IgM. The IgM is not reliable at all.

It might be too soon, but about 75% will test positive by 6 weeks, so chances are good she doesn't have it.
She can take a break from testing for a couple of months, and just test again at 4 months. If its negative, the visual diagnosis was wrong (it is about 30% of the time) and she doesn't have it.
