Herpes from kiss on the cheek?

Hello, this morning a girl kissed me once on the cheek and I noticed what looked like a cold sore. It was in the middle under her bottom lip, it had make up on attempting to cover it up so I can't be 100% sure it wasn't just a spot, I don't like asking the person though so I'm going with that it was a cold sore.

There isn't any cuts or spots in the area she kissed, also approximately 5 minutes later I washed the area with hot water. Around 25 minutes later I was able to wash with an antibacterial wash. This has got me really worried, how likely is it this has now been passed on to me?

No real risk at all. A peck on the cheek is nothing to be concerned about. The skin on the cheek is thick and for an adult is of no concern.
Hope this helps
