Herpes on thigh? Auto innoculation

Hello. I have had cold sores before and have been through my first outbreak. Having cold sores are depressing enough.

Just realised 2 pimple like bumps. When squeezed, only liquid came out. Ive had no sex or what so ever.

Previous sexual contact have me being fully naked and the girls wearing their underwear

Does this look like herpes to you or normal pimples. No pain prior to me noticing it. My main fear is that could i have innoculated myself. i always take great care in handling my cold sore and hand hygiene

I have attached a link below to a picture of it. Thanks for taking a look at my question

I understand your fear but it won't happen.

I don't like judging hsv by pics online because they are easy to misdiagnosed. I am more inclined to believe they are pimples or ingowns...etc.
Auto inoculation isn't common and this doesn't appear to be hsv. You can have them looked at by your physician if it worries you.

Thanks for the reply. i really appreciate it.

Like i said, there was no pain what so ever prior to me noticing it. Im just scared as the spots are close to each other. The locations are also quiye far from my genitals.

Ive done lots of reading and they say that auto innoculation is near impossible after the first outbreak.

My paranoia levels after getting this disease is getting out if hand.

Thanks once again
