Herpes risk or other STI/STD?

I received a hand job from another male. No lubricant was used, no oral or saliva. No kissing. He was dressed and no genital contact was exchanged. Just his bare hand over my penis (shaft and head).
I did not inspect his hands before the handjob. His effort was on the rough side, and I orgasmed into his hand while it continued to move along my shaft, and may have touched the tip at the eurithra during this time. Shortly afterwards i inspected my penis and found no skin breaks or discoloration.

Based on the above, what am i at risk for? Herpes? Other STD?  I really appreciate your insight, kinda freaking out. Thanks.
