Penis irritation question

About 3 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex with someone who claimed they were disease free.  After the deed was done, I kind of freaked out and showered and then (like an idiot) applied hand sanitizer to my penis.  It did hit the urethral opening and got a little in the urethra and burned like crazy.  The next day, the urethral opening of my penis felt irritated and has continued to feel irritated ever sense - the urethral opening is red but seems to be slowly recuperating.

However, when I open my urethra, I see what appears to be a spot on one side right below the urethra opening and an area across from it which corresponds to it.  The spot has been there for at least 2 weeks and probably longer; it might be the result of the burn from the sanitizer (not sure).  It doesn't look like an ulcerated blister to me and isn't red and inflamed, but is whitish in color and blends in fairly well with the surrounding tissue - you can tell it is raised a bit.  When I urinate, I don't feel a burning sensation and haven't the entire time.  I have not seen any sort of discharge from my penis or that spot.  I don't have any blisters elsewhere on my penis though one odd thing is that it feels clammy and if often damp with what I believe is smegma when I pull the foreskin back (I am circumsized).  There really isn't an odor to it either.  I also have an anal rash which may be due to stomach issues I've been having or something worse.  :(

Thoughts?  I've been screened for gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, and HIV so far, and all negative.  I went to Planned Parenthood last week and had them look at my penis and anal area and they said they saw no evidence of HSV 2 or anything particularly wrong.  I'm still going to get tested for HSV 2, hep, and syphilis once the testing windows are appropriate, but I'm still concerned with that I'm seeing on my penis.  Could what I'm seeing be the result of hand sanitizer 3 weeks later (maybe a resulting dermatitis or something?) or am I in trouble and it looks like herpes?   I'm going to a doctor on Thursday and will have him take a look - I noticed what appears to be a cold sore on my uvulva in my throat and want him to test and see if it is HSV 1 (which I know I carry) or HSV 2 (yikes).
