I'm confused. You say you had sex. Then you describe mutual masterbation. If there was no sexual Intercourse than you have nothing to fear. Hand to genital exposures are not a risk. Even if you were masterbation her than yourself. Your symptoms are not herpes related. Stress can manifest itself in many ways.
