I have no idea what's going on down there!

Late July of this year I had unprotected sex once and haven't felt normal since then. The next day I had some watery discharge, which wasn't normal for me. I'm very prone to infections and thought maybe my ph was off and that it would fix itself after my period. For the next couple months I still had the same watery discharge on and off, sometimes there would be a lot of it. It was clear and very thin just like water with no bad smell/color or anything.

Then in mid September I started having pelvic pains, ranging from an allover ache, to some shooting & stabbing pains. I also have had mild endometriosis for years, and have also dealt with ovarian cysts occasionally, so I thought that was probably all it was. Then a couple weeks later I had a VERY tiny red spot (about the size of a pinhead) show up on my outer labia. It's only very slightly raised from the skin and has no fluid or anything in it. However it's kinda itchy and just uncomfortable. Especially if I poke around at it too much, it gets more irritated for a couple days. This bump has now been there for about a month and a half and has gotten no better or worse,  but it's still there and is really annoying. Also the pelvic pain has mostly stopped but now I have strange shooting pains in and around my vagina.

I went to the gyno in October because I was convinced that it was gonorrhea or chlamydia, but the tests came back negative. I do have a problem with yeast infections, and pretty much have had a mild one that comes and goes for the last few years and am pretty much slightly itchy down there all the time.

I feel like I could be driving myself crazy from thinking about this too much, but I've also been having some shooting pains in my legs. But I also have pretty frequent back problems and sciatica.

So I'm wondering if this sounds like herpes at all? It's mainly the spot and itching that has me worried even though it seems very strange that it's been there for so long with no change.

I didn't get a herpes test at the time because I was convinced it was gonorrhea or chlamydia because of the pelvic pain I had. Other than that she checked for bacterial infections and yeast. She gave me a pill for the yeast because she said I had a little in there, but I feel like I ALWAYS have a little problem with it depending on the time of the month, so I wasn't too worried about that part and haven't taken it yet.

herpes would not cause discharge like this for this long.

did you cover your full std testing bases after your encounter, including herpes igg blood testing?

did they test you for any other vaginal infections when you were seen?
