Is it Herpes or just and infection

well not that long ago i seemed to find a small bump outside the the libia manora. but it was just one,and clear liquid came out of it i dont if it was just an infection or what? I havent had any sexual activity in more than a month..
and I'm not sure if it is


But, lately i had sexual realtions with my girlfriend, and two days later her tongue was swollen and bleeding, and I'm scared to death to know if i do have herpes or what. I never had any contact with a person who does have herpes at all,and if I do have I really dont know how I got it in the first place.

naw it hasnt scabbedor anything. but the bump is still there

A swollen and bleeding tongue is not herpes. Not every oral and genital symptom is herpes either.

As to your belief that you never had contact with someone with herpes, well it just ain't so based on statistics. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 5 men have genital herpes. Upwards of 70% of the adult population has oral herpes.

Lastly, if you don't know your herpes status, get your symptoms checked out, and then request an IgG type specific test as well. If you know your herpes status, and your partner's status, well then you can cross herpes off the list going forward.

Has it scabbed? i would go see a doctor and have him take a look at it.
