Is this Genital Herpes? *PICTURE*

I had unprotected sex for the first time in 3 years (second time in my life) on April 7th.  By April 8-9th I had started getting green discharge with a foul order. April 10th I woke up with a fever I felt very Nauseous my muscles ached and I had a terrible headache. The ‘fever’ only lasted thag one day. Around April 11th I got the first pimple if you could call it that. It’s now April 15th and I have around 18 on my left side and around 14 on my right side (vagina lips and like 2 just under the entrance if that makes sense)
I went to a private clinic for a test she said it looks like herpes but she can’t be sure. The second she put something inside me to open me up (to take the swab) I started bleeding and since then I have not stopped. My period has started a day early but I can tell that majority of the blood is from a sore inside of me from where she must’ve stretched it by accident as my period blood is usually thick and clumpy but this is just thin and constant. Literally never ending.
I can no longer see any green discharge but it could possibly just be cancelled out by the blood.
I am currently waiting for my results And I am going to a sexual health clinic on Tuesday. I am in a lot of pain physically, a simple touch hurts the pimple lesion things and especially when blood or urine touches it.

(You cannot see all of the lesions as majority are kind of inside but on my vagina lips) also the blood under my vagina in the picture is I’m guessing from either the wound inside me or just my period. I can’t be sure. But can somebody please advise me. Is this herpes or could it possibly be gonorrhoea? What does it look like? Is it similar to genital herpes? I am very scared and very worried

Hi, a green discharge indicates Trich which is a parasite and could surely cause the pimple like things. I would rule out herpes s you would not have an outbreak a few days after exposure and if it was a new herpes infection you would also have flu like symptoms after the pimples appeared. Test for Trich as well.

Thank you for answering I really appreciate it. I am going to get tested again tomorrow. I believe it might be Gonorrhoea as majority of my symptoms are the same as gonorrhoea symptoms.
