Is this herpes or fordyce spot ?

I am 24 year old male. I am an Asian. And at the moment I live in Italy.
Exactly 3 months ago, I met a ukranian girl and we fell in love. And exactly one moth ago, we shared our first kiss. But it was a deep french kiss.

Fast forward, one month. Yesterday,
I saw a small red spot which has a diameter nearly 1mm inside the lower lip. And today morning I was able to observe another spot. But it is a white spot which has a diameter of 1mm and it is also near to the red spot and inside the lower lip.

I am scared, that i got herpes from kissing. And we have kissed several times during this one month period. Other than that, we didn't perform any sexual activity.

And meantime, I have been taking an antiviral and vitamin D3 for the past week as I got tonsils. But today I stopped taking all the tablets.  Please kindly, help me. Because, I am scared to death and feel I made a bad decision on finding a partner.

Hi what your mentioning doesnot appear as oral herpes. these are blisters that are quite painful and when one opens spreads to the surrounding area then scab over. you can test if you want but it doesnot suggest herpes.

Thank you Dave. Today is the second day. And still that single white spot is present.
When I go through internet, many of the articles has mentioned such white spots appear only during oral herpes. That's what makes me so upset. And, now i have started issues with my partner as well. I know it is not good. But, the tension and the stress, kill me within.
Ok. Now at this moment. Which means exactly 17 hours after posting the question. The white spot has popped out. And the spot appears reddish. But, another pimple like white spot has appeared on the upper lip. And it is outside.
I just observed. I have enlarged tonsils. And there is a pus like spot on the right tonsil.
Tonsils are normal, But still the white spot is present.
Well. Things are ok. I did a test as well. I was confirmed not to have herpes. Thank You Dave and medhelp team.
