Is this herpes??

Ok here goes, so i slept with an x girlfriend unprotected about 3 months and 1 week ago, i asked if she ever had any stds and was clean? She assured me she hadn't. At the time she didn't have anything on her lip she was bald down there and she looked clean. Sex only lasted like 10 mins and received oral unprotected. I had no visible symptoms and about a month later my wife got a really bad yeast infection, it was yeast because it was white and cottage cheesey and quite a bit with no smell. She took a three day monistat and cleared up on third day. We had sex many times unprotected before and right after her yeast infection. Days later i got itchy red bumps on my penis head with some purple coloration around my crown normally after masturbation or sex. If i waited a few days with no sex or self play, it would go away completely. It keeps going and coming back with some skin peeling all over the head. When i looked up balantis or candidiasis it looks exactly the same. Now about a week ago i start getting pains in my back, shoulder s, knees, wrist, and butt. My wife hasnt complained once. Can this be herpes?? Its been a week now since the pains come and go. Could it be the severe cold weather? Or extreme stress?? I love my wife and i messed up bad, believe me i beat myself up every minute of the day, its to the point that i get sick to my stomach i feel so dirty and guilty i cant even eat im freaking out! Please any suggestions, what other symptoms can be causing this or is it hsv2 for sure?

Thank life, i have a doc appt tomorrow, but would hsv2 cause peeling under the uncut foreskin? Also would it cause the crown under the foreskin to turn purple and slightly swell? The only spots i have on my penis are my papules which ive had for as long as i can remember? Also how can i tell if ive pinched a nerve in my back or if the pain is from hsv2? I dont often work out, but i am by no means fat, but i did sit around and do nothing for almost two weeks. I get pain in my back both upper and lower as well as legs, thighs, and shoulders, even in wrists as well as some headaches, which may be normal, but at this point i link everything to hsv2. Ive read severe stress can cause body to ache and cause headaches, and believe me i am stressed, my anxiety is through the roof at this point. Pleaee any help would be great?
