Urethral pain

I am starting to sound crazy.  I am dating a girl now for a couple months (she got tested today) and we had sex as I wrote about a while back (3 weeks) with a condom.  Well last weekend we did it again ( I know I am stupid for not waiting for STD screen).  This time I had the tip in for a few seconds and then washed up and put on a condom.  Last night, 4 days later I had a horrible headache and back ache and urethral pain (warm burning feeling) and testicle pain.  Still have it today.  The tip of my penis is a little red and itchy at the urethra.  I had a STD screen 3 weeks ago when I first wrote and it was all negative except type 1 which I know I have in both places.  Could my pain be a flare up of my prior type 1 or something else?  Maybe the friction caused the pain.

Her results will be in next week and I will be sure to share.

Does type 1/2 cause urethral pain?

it's easiest when you just keep adding to your original post instead of making a new one.   we ask this in our read before posting post on the forum. thank you for your future cooperation with this.

nothing I can add from the previous advice given. continue to follow up with your provider as symptoms continue.

They said I had blood in my urine.  I see where Grace wrote testicular pain is not a herpes sign.  Thanks for listening

That doesn't explain the headaches though.

Dr said maybe Epididymitis.  Tested for other stuff.  He put pressure on my testicles and that area and it was painful.  Not sure it makes sense with other pains I feel.  So confused.

Dr started me on doxycycline hyclate.  He said he thinks I got an infection and that would explain the testicle pain and urethral pain.

Maybe it's the friction?  I have noticed over the past few years that after masturbation it can hurt bad and after the few times I have had sex it hurts.  That is a sad fact if true.  Urethral pain and headaches will make a guy not want to have sex.  :(
