Peeling skin

Hello gentleman! So I had sex about 3 or 4 days ago (without a condom) and since I've noticed peeling on the head of my penis, under the foreskin and peeling just around the top of the foreskin. Its painless, not itchy and no blisters and no discharge. It isn't exactly red anywhere, but on the foreskin where some has peeled. Also, it doesn't hurt while passing urine or anything of the sort.

Thanks for the help

Most likely yeast infection or Balanitis.

Nothing much about this suggests herpes over other causes of irritation, fungus etc.

Any reason to be concerned over the encounter?
