Need assistance with diagnosis

I am diagnosed with HSV2 about 2-3 year ago but recently about few 3 months I started developing a red rash on my penis head with some reading, I learned it might be balanitis. Just wondering if this is common and curable? How can I cure it? If it is true.

Currently, I have pain during peeing and if I pull my foreskin it slightly has a tingling feeling. Is there any online health clinic that I can use?

Balanitis is very common and easily cured, but the cure depends on what's causing it. It might be bacterial or fungal, and only a doctor can determine what is causing it.

Is there a reason you'd prefer an online clinic over an STD clinic or urgent care or something? It really would be preferable to get a doctor to look at it in person if possible.
