Hi, from 2 days i m noticing a wound like thing ( a kind of ulcer) on my Penis where the skin actually connects to the Penis. m not sure what is this. i m also observing some watery kind of thing releasing from it. i m going to see a doctor now. please let me know the reasons for it. i regularly masturbate. is it a sexual decease? what is the remedy for it.
