im a 30 year old male who had unprotected sex a month ago a few days after sex i had a hsv1 break out on my lip which i have been getting since i was  it healed in about 2 weeks

But i have had right testical pain now for 3 plus weeks and some burning sensation around genitals and butt for about a week.
also feel a tingle on my penis head  lately.
in the last few days i have had week urine flow and trouble getting it going ( which has ben getting better )
. i have had no discharge or buring feeling peeing .  i have also had no blissters or soars on genitals  i had chafing on my shaft for 2 days but cleared quickly with lotisone cream the ER doctor gave me for fungal rash on thighs and he said it did not look like herpes just chaffing to him.

since then i have been to my PC doc and he also said no herpes he put me on doxcyline  fo 14 days and Caldesene powder for fungal rash which cleared it up in day or so .  today i went to the er with really bad testical pain.  they said they dont know what wrong with me. so far 3 blood test 1 urine test 1 cat scan and 2 ultra sounds on testicals . im seeing my PC doc monday as well as a Urolagist. ant ideas on whats wrong does it sound like gential herpes to you ?  thank you

Sorry, but this is a community forum, no doctors here.

But you shouldn't be relying on an online forum anyway.  You have seen a doctor, and I see no reason to doubt his evaluation and advice. Based on your symptoms, herpes is not a likely problem here -- and I also doubt any other STD.
