can i give herpes through cups or toilet?

Hi there,

i have recently been diagnosed with herpes and i am really afraid about passing it on to my family. Is it possible that using the same soap with my mother or her using the same toilet seat, even after a while will give this to her? she is having a flu and I am freaking out! i make sure i wash my hands and sanitize them after i go to the bathroom and i wash the cups and plates I use. I have HSV-2 and that's what im worried about...

pls tell me that HSV 2 can't be transferred through soaps, toilet seats or simply using cups etc? of course my mother has never touched my genitals and i make sure there is no skin to skin contact!!

pls help!
