Rash or outbreak

I have have I & 2 and I have this rash one my arm right above my elbow. The rash has lingered and it itches and hurts when scratched. It will go away for a couple of days and come back in the same spot. The same goes for bumps on my face. Could this be an outbreak being these are the only things I have gotten since being tested?

Since the meds did not help is a good indication that its not herpes.

Hi, how were you confirmed positive for hsv1 and 2? The rashes you mention would not be related to herpes and the one on your elbow is most likely from resting it on an object and could be a allergic reaction to leather or plastic like a chair arm or desk.
