Red Spots on penis

I am 24 year old male in pretty good shape. About ten days ago I had unprotected vaginal sex and oral with a women I don't really know.  About five days after this I noticed about 20 little red spots not raised that look kind of like a rash. I put extra strength gold bond on it to make it go away.  The spots mildly itched but nothing major today the spots seem to have faded away mostly you can kind of see them but you have to look hard.  However about 6 or 7 new small spots have appeared near my foreskin near the head of my penis and one on the bottom of the head by the foreskin.  They do not really itch or hurt either.  I have been touching the area a lot to keep looking to see if there has been any changes.  I am very nervous about what this might be.  Does this sound like herpes?  It isn't really uncomfortable but I am dwelling on it a lot because of the unprotected sex so I might be thinking about it too much.

In addition to my first post my penis is kind of tingling now where the shaft meets the scrotum and near the opening of the urethra.  The spots the first appeared are gone but three more small red unraised spots appeared.  the tingling/ burning is mind of minor but I notice it because I am constantly thinking about it.  Can you provide any input on what this may be.

thanks

You need to go and be seen and get these properly evaluated. could they be herpes? It could be but it doesn't really sound like it. Lesion cultures need done earlier rather than later though.

it was unprotected sex, you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea now, syphilis anytime after 6 weeks, hiv and herpes anytime after 3 months.
