Scabs on vagina

Hi I'm 14( I know it's kind of young but don't know anywhere else I can ask)never had sex so this can't be herpes but I didn't know where else to write this. I've always had skin tags on my vagina only 3 and I always knew they were there but yesterday when I was getting in the bath I noticed three little pimple typed spots at the top of my vagina above my pubic hair and they were kind of red around the outside and puss filled I soaked them in the bath as they were kind of sore but now I'm Starting to realise there are multiple around my vagina that look abut like blisters I know this sounds like herpes but I've never had sex any ideas of what it could be or how to treat it ( to embarrassed to go to doctor or parent)

Dear, there nothing to be ashammed off and its always good to got to the doctor for a check up once a year to make sure your growing healthy and strong and i would suggest it would be a good time now to get your irritation checked out as Grace says, you might need some antobiotics.

Thank you do you know if there's any home remedies or anything because I'm really uncomfortable talking to anyone about it

You can get bacterial infections on the skin in the genital area. You should be seen and get these looked at in case they require antibiotics.
