First time having sex and symptoms after...

I'm 30 yrs old and had sex with a guy for the first time almost one month ago.  Actually 2 guys in the same weekend.  The first guy I barely knew, met him after chatting one week online.  His penis touched my vagina but I told him he had to use a condom, so then he did.  The second guy is a distant friend that I've known for about 5 yrs.  We were drunk and didn't use a condom.  I felt horrible and freaked out the next day, went and bought the Plan B pills.  Then, a week after having sex I took a urine and blood test for stds.  Everything came back negative.  Now, almost a month after having sex, I'm having HORRIBLE pain when I urinate!!  Instead of burning, it feels like a stabbing sort of pain.  I felt something that feels like a "cut" possibly I'm not sure.  When I wipe, I sometimes see a minimal trail of blood, but not in my urine.  I'm also very moist "down there" when I wipe but it's clear.  Other times I'm really itchy so I go to scratch and it seems like I'm scratching parts of myself off (I don't know any other way to describe it) maybe that's discharge?  It's colored.  Those are all the symptoms I'm having.  I'm freaking out!!  I have an appt to get a papsmear on Monday but I can hardly wait.  Does any of this sound familiar?

Ok so I came back from the Dr and I'm soooooooooooooooooooooo relieved!!  I have a really bad yeast infection and also a UTI (urinary tract infection).  The paps almost killed me when she stuck those whatever they're called inside.  I almost screamed for her to take them out but I did ask her if it's supposed to hurt this bad.  That was also my very first time getting a pap.  She game me and antibiotic, antifungal and told me to get monistat.  I can't express how happy I am.  I learned a HUGEEEEEEEE lesson from all of this and I will be sooo much more careful if I choose to have sex again which won't be for a very long time!

Bernard109:  To answer your skeptisism, YES I was telling the truth about everything I posted.  Yes, it sounds odd and strange and weird etc.  I didn't come here to get judged.  Just needed help and didn't have anyone else that I felt comfortable to talk to.  It was a very bad judgement call on my part and I feel guilty and dirty about to this day.  Thanks for the reminder! :)

Your story sounds skeptical.  You lost your virginity at the age of 30 to a guy you barely knew?  And you had sex twice in the same weekend, the first time you had sex, at the age of 30?  Are you telling the truth?  I know it's irrelevant, but I just found this sort of odd.

In any event, not to scare you -- but you were at risk from both encounters from skin-to-skin contact (when the first penis touched your vagina, even without penetration, before he put on the condom).  If you end up not contracting anything from these encounters, I would not allow men you don't know well in the future to touch anywhere in your genital region with their bare penis.  Just to be safe.

Hope this helps.

The one thing that is off here is the timing of your outbreak. Typically a herpes outbreak occurs 2-20 days after transmission.

Don't scratch! It's one of the worst things to do - not only does scratching make things even itchier, but you can also cause more issues from damaging the sensitive tissue of the labia. There is a spray called Dermaplast (the one with the blue lid) that can help numb the area - this helps with itching and pain. As well, you could soak in an oatmeal bath. But otherwise, keep it dry. Blot your urine instead of wiping.

A pap smear is not a test for herpes. It is not meant for that. There is a specific swab/culture for herpes. You may want to just ask for the full spectrum of STD testing again, also yeast, bacterial infection, and herpes. You have quite a bit going on that could be any of those things.

Well I made myself so sick last night I just had to see one last time if I could see anything for myself and sure enough I saw one small bump (no head) and it didn't look like a boil and I couldn't see but I think I felt another one.  I had a panic attack last night and cried because if it is herpes, I'll never be able to have sex again and nobody will ever want me.  I basically think my life will be over.  I took an anxiety pill to calm me down so hopefull I won't trip out again until I go to the dr tomorrow.  I'm scared ********!!  My first time having sex at 30 and it could all be over for me...just my luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds more like a yeast infection at the moment unless anything else develops as in a sore or blister, a Pap Smear will not tell whether you have Herpes or not unless there is anything visible that your Doctor may pick up on ...........
