Small bumps

Hi, I have some small bumps appearing...one near my belly button, one on my side, one on my right areola, and two on my back (but those two feel different and might be bug bights). I’m fearful that they might be from two make out sessions from earlier this week where someone touched those areas but is that possible? No sex at all, just hands. From my research on the internet I read that it could be herpes or HPV, but there wasn’t anything that sexual going on, although I did read that all you have to do is have skin contact. I’m pretty sure that the other person involved in this make out session is a virgin, and I am too. I could be just paranoid and they could be a reaction to something else since its summer and I've been going outside everyday. Should I be worried?

You can only get an STD through sexual contact.  These bumps don't have anything to do with the encounters you describe.  You might want to go to a dermatologist to get the bumps checked out though.

It doesn't sound like an std.  you can get herpes from skin to skin contact, but not from hands.  that's if you rubbed your genitals against one another.

regardless though, are you itchy down there?  are these bumps painful?  if not, you should be fine, but you can have a doctor take a look at them just to be sure.  hope that helps!
