I feel so stupid. I've had genital herpes for about 6-7 years. I take daily suppression medication. Today after using the restroom but prior to washing my hands I used my hand that I did not wipe with to scratch my face. there was a pimple there and it scratched open. I didn't even think before doing it. I feel so stupid. no outbreak right now and again I did not use that haND to wipe but I did to pull my underwear back up. any worry of transferring this to my face? I immediately washed my hands then my face but I just feel so stupid.
