one of 2 gave this to me

Dear doc I just got diagnosed with hsv2 about 3 weeks ago. I was positive with a culture and a blood test.  I had safe sex on New Years Eve, every thing was fine. On Feb 5th I shaved and got all over big red bumps that hurt. I went to a doc she said I may have herpes. She swabbed me and gave me antivirals and antibiotics. The rash went away in 5-7 days, and the swab was negative. (Could that have been a false negative?)  I was fine. Then I got really sick with strep and spent 4 days getting antibiotics from an IV. I was fine no out breaks. (If I had herpes then wouldn’t it of attacked my body big time?) Then I have safe sex with a new partner on March 22nd and March 29th. 7 days later I got blister in one spot, ( not all over like in Feb) so bad I could not walk, a fever of 102.6, chills, body aches and lightning sharp pain down my legs. I was diagnosed during this outbreak so I know I have it, but it on my vulva not inside of me. Well guy #1 said his test is negative we were together 4 months before my positive diagnosis, and guys #2 only waited 8 weeks from his last partner to get blood tested but it was negative.( could it be wrong?) (How long should he wait to get retested?) My partner before them was 6 months before my positive diagnosis and he is negative. I was tested in December of 2006 for hsv 12 weeks after I left my partner of 3 years and I was negative.( I did not ask for this test my obgyn just did it) Who do you think gave this to me? Was Feb or April my first out break?

You might not ever know, and you should double check to make sure you were tested previously.

Unless you SEE results from these guys, you won't ever know, and it doesn't really matter.
