What do I do with hyrpes

I have just found out that I was diagnosed with hyrpes. I don't know what to do. I got tested 3 weeks ago and the health care provider said everything was clean but I might have a yeast infection or UTI. ( I'm a male by the way) Well when he said that everything was clean and to start wearing a condom. I new something wasen't right still. I got tested 3 weeks later and now another DR. says every test is neg execpt Hyrpes 1 and 2. I asked about the other dr and they said it was because it hasent had time to infect me but now it has. Does this make sence??? I have not had any symptoms. Here is my symptoms I urinate a lot and the tip of my penius is super sensitive. Now i'm freaking out about anythng. If my face itches I think i'll have a break out or something....What do I do

so the only testing that is + for herpes so far is blood testing?  can you get the results of your blood test to post here - e.g hsv1 igg 6.9 and hsv2 igg 2.7 or whatever they are so I can see if you need additional testing done?

if you are urinating a lot, follow up with additional testing to make sure you don't still have an uti going on.

I would assume you can call the clinic and ask them to read you your results to write down but honestly I have no idea how it works in the army.
